42 Insight, LLC MEMBERSHIP TERMS OF USE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Accessing or using 42 Insight LLC subscription services, website, or materials ("Services") constitutes agreement to these Terms. We may modify Terms with notice via email or site posting.

2. LIMITED LICENSE

• Active paid subscribers receive a **non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license** to use subscription content ("Content") **internally within a single organization**.

• PERMITTED: Internal workflows, training staff, customizing for your operations.

• PROHIBITED: Sharing login credentials, redistribution, resale, public posting, client consulting use, white-labeling.

3. OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

• All Content is owned by 42 Insight LLC or licensors. © 2026 42 Insight LLC. All rights reserved.

• You receive **no ownership rights**. Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement.

4. NO LEGAL ADVICE OR WARRANTY

• Content provides **general educational information only**. It is **not legal advice, regulatory guidance, or a compliance guarantee**.

• **No attorney-client relationship** exists. Laws change; **you must verify independently** and consult qualified counsel.

• Content provided "AS IS" without warranties. 42 Insight LLC is **not liable** for losses from Content use.

5. MEMBERSHIP & PAYMENT

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly/quarterly/annually at then-current rates unless cancelled.

• No refunds except as required by law. Unused access expires on cancellation.

• We may suspend/terminate access for violation of Terms without refund.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-CIRCUMVENTION

• Content is confidential trade secret information of 42 Insight LLC.

• You agree **not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract** systematic portions for competing use.

7. TERMINATION

• Violators forfeit access immediately. Past violators **may be barred** from future subscriptions.

• We reserve **all legal remedies** including copyright claims, damages, and injunctions.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• 42 Insight LLC's total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in prior 12 months.

• **No consequential, indirect, or punitive damages** regardless of cause.

9. GOVERNING LAW

• North Carolina law applies. Exclusive venue: courts of Weaverville, NC area.
